[OB] clean install on ob530

Hi,

I am trying to make a clean install on my "new" ob530. It came with no 
backup floppies. I noticed on archive.org that data-plumber.com had 
directories full of information, but when I tried to download the zip 
files were corrupted. 

I guess the files that would help are

OB530-Win31-the-works.zip
OB530DSK.ZIP
win31-530.zip

Does anyone have a copy of this that they could send me? Do you know if these contain a generic install of 
windows and dos, or will I have to get that as well?
