Are you referring to my web site? (24.237.160.4 / www.roboscope.net / www.data-plumber.com) ?
If so then the archives should be fully transitioned to www.roboscope.net and hosted in Germany in the next few days.
If all goes well...

Hi
I would like to thank Reed Turner and Christopher Erickson for their advice. I will go straight down to the computer shop and get a
Cardbus / USB card.
The help given by members of the Omnibook list is quite invaluable. When the web site comes alive again, I will have to download all
the manuals, so I can "upgrade" to Win98SE or Ubuntu and use the USB card.
"Modern" laptops may be OK, but the keyboard and form factor have allowed me to work with my 600 on shaky regional trains. This is
worth much more than fancy graphics and ability to use the latest windoze GUI.
Yours
Andrew Lovell

Just a comment on the USB adapters - the OB800 has a cardbus slot and the pcmcia USB 2.0 adapters that are common on ebay will work
in them. I was never able to find a pcmcia to usb adapter that would work on the 425/430 models.
