[OB] Is this list alive?

I have seen problems like this with the 425 and 430, particularly if the
rechargeable battery pack has gone dead to the point that it will not
recharge.  Our solution has been to start with a battery pack that we know
is charged and go through a series of charge/reset/try again attempts. So
far we have always been able to revive them but rarely without a hassle.
Once they start coming on they do seem to remain reliable. I am not sure
what inside causes this - it may be a capacitor and not a separate small
battery at all.
