[OB] OB430 Manual

I recently acquired an Omnibook 430 from an LX list member. It turns on
OK after I've had the battery out for awhile (haven't tested the
battery) and no power supply. If I pull the external power, I have to
pull the batteries and wait awhile before it will boot.

Anyone have some sort of manual or keystroke list?

How do you actually shut the things down completely off? After booting,
pressing the off button seems to just put it to sleet like the OB800CT.
Since it has a hard drive I assume there must be a full power off like
the OB800CT.
